Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise (Low Carb)
  • 2/3 cup Sour Cream (Full Fat)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated)
  • 3 Anchovy Fillets (Chopped Finely)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (Fresh)
Instructions
  1. Whisk all of the ingredients together, in a small bowl.
  2. Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to come together.
  3. Serve with veggies (celery, cucumbers, bell pepper slices, radishes, etc) or with pork rinds.
