Keto Garden Fresh Salsa by Noreen’s Keto Kitchen & Life!

  • 1 tsp Lime Zest
  • 1-2 tbsp Lime Juice (to taste)
  • 1 & 1/2 lb Tomatoes - Plum or Roma (Diced)
  • 1/2 a Small Red Onion (Diced)
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper (Seeded & Finely Diced)
  • 2-3 tbsp Cilantro (Chopped / or more to taste)
  • 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper (or to taste)
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cilantro. I love cilantro so I usually use a lot.
  3. Cover and chill for an hour to let the flavors come together.
  4. Serve with veggies, or as a taco topping, or a nacho topping, or a chili topping, or on a sandwich, etc!
