Hi Everyone!! I’m Noreen and Welcome to My Keto Kitchen!!!
I’ve been Keto for about 8 months now and have lost about 70 lbs so far. I have another 20 or so to lose, to reach my goal weight. But I intend to be Keto-ish for life!!!
In order to make this way of life sustainable for me, I had to get back into the kitchen, become more creative, and really put the time and effort into myself, my meals and food again. I have always loved baking ever since I was a kid and it’s something I sort of fell out of mostly due to the convenience of pre-made goodies. But that is NO longer the case!
Going Keto has made me realize that we are what we eat…yeah we have all heard that before but it really is true. If you eat crap you WILL feel like crap. If you eat well you will feel well. Since becoming Keto I have less joint pain and inflammation, clearer skin with less blemishes, stopped snoring, sleep better, huge increase in energy, less hunger and cravings overall, and on and on and on. More than anything, I have learned to feed my body with healthy whole foods over the typical American junk diet.
So, that’s pretty much why I am here and why I started this Keto blog. I wanted to be able to share my recipes or experience with anyone who needs it. To maybe make it a little easier for someone to start on this journey. It seems sort of selfish of me to not share something that has made such a significant impact on my life and well-being in such a short amount of time.
