Keto Guacamole by Noreen’s Keto Kitchen & Life!
- 3 Medium Avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1/2 cup of White Onion, diced (red or yellow is fine too)
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 3-4 Tablespoons of Fresh Cilantro, chopped (or more to taste)
- 2 Plum Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Clove of Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of Pink Salt Sherpa Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of Black Pepper Simply Organic Pepper
- 1 pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors come together.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days.
- Enjoy on salads, sandwiches, tacos, nachos, or whatever else you can imagine up!
